    Members

    Access to:

    All investment activities, general events, discounts to special events, voting rights, and membership in Angel Capital Association.

     

     

    Criteria:

    Accredited investors who are Penn alumni, trustees, faculty or staff. Wharton graduate students. Others by invitation.

     

     

    Membership Fee:

    $250 / year

     

    Associate Members

    Access to:

    Educational workshops. Opportunity to participate in committees such as deal screening, due diligence, deal structuring, and etcetera.

     

    Criteria:

    Penn alumni, trustees, faculty, staff and students. Immediate family of Wharton students and alumni. Others by invitation.

     

    Membership Fee:

    $60 / year

     

    Corporate

    Members

    Access to:

    All investment activities, general events, discounts to special events, membership in Angel Capital Association for designated persons.

     

    Criteria:

    Accredited entities wishing to mutually share deal flow, invest alongside Wharton Alumni Angels, attend education events and etcetera.

     

    Membership Fee:

    $500 / year (3 seats)
